Adelante Youth Mission - Misión Joven Dominicana - March 2016

20 New Homes Constructed: Due to the diligence of our U.S. and Dominican missionaries, as well as help from the new home owners and their neighbors, a record 20 new homes were built during the mission this year!
Sponsored Medical Clinics: Thanks to the medicine and supplies from generous local U.S. donors, the team and mission sponsored clinics in 3 locations, which provided free access to doctors and medications for over 600 people!
Educational Support: The education team visited 5 schools and distributed over 700 lbs. of donated school supplies. In addition to teaching lessons to the students, the team held two "best practices" in-services for the area teachers. A first for Misión Joven!
