2025 APPLICATION FOR NEW AND RETURNING VOLUNTEERS
Week 1: March 15 - 22, 2025 (Saturday to Saturday)
Week 2: March 22 - 29, 2025 (Saturday to Saturday)
Cost: $725 per person per week
Please Note: Due to the housing accommodations available, Week 2 is reserved for Catholic Central High School Students and Parents only. Week 1 is open to all other volunteers.

Please Note:
Applications must be submitted by either December 6, 2024 (Students and Parents of CCHS) or December 31, 2024 (all other adult volunteers).
A $100 deposit must be included with your application. Make check or money order payable to "Adelante Youth Mission" or "Adelante NYC Inc". The remaining balance of $625 is due by January 31, 2025.
Other Documents required to be submitted with application:
* Copy of US Passport (copy of the ID pages) NOTE: Passport not to expire for at least 6 months for travel overseas.
Renew early if it expires prior to September 29, 2025.
* (2) letters of recommendation for new volunteers only.
No medical shots or vaccinations are required by the Dominican Republic to come on the mission. However....you may want to check with your medical provider as to their recommendations, such as up-to-date tetanus shots etc.
