Rebuild a House or Build New
 Before
The rural housing that we fix or replace is usually made of whatever the owner can find for building materials. They are dangerous places with large gaps in the walls and dirt floors. They are the 1st to fall apart in hurricanes. Usually, these houses are approximately 12' x 14' one room houses. We put in cement block foundations and a concrete floor. The new home will have a door and window(s). We are unable to put in running water.
